A tribute to Keith Emerson (rip) from Rachel Flowers when she lost her muse, mentor and friend:

Sad, but she keeps moving on ....
To lighten things up, how about a recent version of King Crimson' Starless:

Heh, shows you what era I came from... But not to stereotype her abilities, how about some JAZZ?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gMgLORiRCzI
Unbelievable...

Ok, one more and I'll stop....
Unix was up to SIXTEEN installations. Still written in assembler but transitioning to being totally written in C. PIPES !!!
It was a time for experimentation and exploration. Just like this video of early Roxy Music that will STILL scare your parents if they hear you playing it. Turn it up:

Check out Brian Eno dressed as Ratfink, and his awesome EMS VCS3 synth solo! He's got the Revox tape recorder going in the background not to record the performance, but to capture any weird ambient sounds..

How about a little SLAX REMIX:

That's a new genre for me. I used to dig vocal-trance, but this is quite interesting...

Should it be the international anthem of porteus?

Slax Remix, now that is really funny. I wonder if the folks who did create it know about Slax Linux.
Cheers!

Code: Select all
#!/bin/sh
mpv --volume 45 --loop-playlist Scarborough\ Fair\ \(World\ End\).aac OP+FleetwMac+FairyTail+Ghibli+AzDa+Clannad.pls Violet\ Evergarden\ Automemories\ OST\ WithoutSinging.aac
OP = One Piece
FleetwMac = Albatros.mp3
Ghibli are 2 collections of Studio Ghibli songs, one is altered, I have cut out one song with singing.
AzDa = Azumanga Daioh
And the Violet Evergarden one, there I cut out the songs with singing at the very end as well.
I tried finding a Linux x86-64 free software that can edit and cut aac files without the need of compressing it into aac again, like mp3splt-2.6.2+libmp3splt-0.9.2+libid3tag-0.15.1b-x86_64.xzm , but so far found none. Does anyone of you know of one that works?
Cheers!

Voilet Evergarden OST
No URL, go buy the Audio CD, if you like old style orchestra stuff incl. Jazz and other "modern" stuff you will like it.
Also, if you are interested in why soldiers or first responders might get PTSD go watch Voilet Evergarden.

The very same. There is only one Violet Evergarden. Ever. lame pun is lame.
Indeed the Violet Evergarden OST has quite the John Williams air. At times.fu11m00nremix wrote: ↑08 Nov 2020, 13:19If it is the music reminds me of...

also why call it loop when inserting annoying "choose your loop" sound effect at beginning. who wants to have that once replaying the track?
Also FAuck you gø°gle!
