Audacity for porteus change pitch has gone

Hi
I need to change pitch for several song with Audaciy
unfortunaly, in Audacity 3.0.2 audacity-3.0.2-x86_64-1salix15.0, the menu effect -> change pitch has gone


and the plugin change pitch has been completely removed


Unfortunaly on audacity-3.4.2-x86_64-2_dce (sound editor)
there us only the effect "change pitch and speed"


with only speed K7 option



How to change pitch without speed on audacity for Porteus V5.01 like this?

I need to change exactely pitch From C to B♭ without changing speed
