maia does gsettings work in freedesktop? Porteus 5.0 RC2 bug reports (Post by Ed_P #78542)
Hi Ed_P,
I do not use the CINNAMON version. Would this command work for the Openbox version?
What should the syntax be?

Porteus 5.0 RC2 bug reports

Unfortunately it didn't work.
Option "a" HybridSleep occurs the same as using suspend: UnknownMethod:
Option "b" removed 0.99.11 and re-installed 0.9.23 and presented an error.

Probably or go back to pm-suspend :)

Porteus 5.0 RC2 bug reports

I recently realized that the DBUS suspend function is not working properly at least in Openbox. When I launch the command: dbus-send --system --print-reply --dest="org.freedesktop.UPower" /org/freedesktop/UPower org.freedesktop.UPower.Suspend I get the error message: Error org.freedesktop.DBus.Error...

I seem to remember that I had to apply the aufs5-loopback.patch to the kernel. Then I was able to activate modules in the live system. Tks roadie. :) "I believe" that it has been applied It may be that aufs5-loopback.patch is out of date. I'm not sure because I use the neko script to download and a...

5.8.4 is released... seems to fix the problems seen with 5.8.3
Hi peebee Are you managing to activate modules?
Activation of modules after boot is not working here.
I'm using it to get around: mloop and then copy the directory to root.
